Areas of renovation include the lobby, atrium, restaurant and bar, meeting rooms, in-door swimming pool, fitness center, guest laundry, suites, and hotel exterior. The hotel is owned and managed by Hospitality Ventures Management Group based in Atlanta, Georgia.
