Embassy Suites Hotels today announced the completion of the brand's second annual year-long general manager (GM) leadership program, "The Circle of Leadership." During a recent graduation ceremony, the group's six GMs gathered to share their unique experiences. The Circle of Leadership, which began in 2008, is designed to provide individualized coaching and leadership development to directly support the Embassy Suites service statement, "Gracious, engaging and caring. Making a difference in the lives of others, in ways both big and small."
