March 2010The 2010 Brand Keys Customer Loyalty Engagement Index study ranks Embassy Suites Hotels as top brand in the upscale hotel category. The Brand Keys Index is an annual syndicated study that examines customers' relationships with 518 brands in 71 product categories, identifying those brands best able to engage consumers and create loyal customers.

TripAdvisor releases the results of its annual Family Travel survey, which finds Embassy Suites Hotels to be the most family-friendly hotel brand.
